Cate Van Alphen has a great blog known as Fulgorine. She is a polymer clay artist that I like to follow because her posts are full of inspiration for creating truly organic, original work.
In 2015, Ms Van Alphen did a year long bead challenge . But beads weren’t necessarily the focus of her challenge. Color usage was. Every six weeks, she would focus on a different color pallet, further learning the intricacies of each set of colors. The pictures below belong to her and reflect the schedule that she followed.
This year, I am planning on replicating her color challenge. I however, will create a set of three canes with each pallet. I am excited by this challenge, and can’t wait to share my progress.
